I was doing the paper towel method to germinate my seeds and the FlexiGerm blow it out the water. My tap root appeared within 24 hrs of me using the FlexiGerm with the longest root I've seen thus far in a 24 hrs time span. Not to mention that the customer service was excellent with easy and trustworthy website with fast shipping.

Fantastic product, the sprout on my seedlings came quickly and ready for the grow medium in 24hrs, the heat and moisture control is spot on, thanks for the help!!

Works flawlessly and completely eliminates the guess work from germinating. While the price is high if you're accustomed to free options, I've found it worth the cost in time and energy saved not having to use other methods.

My 2 Aurora+ did a lot of work last year, saved a lot of time. Quickened germination times on hot peppers, cukes, tomatoes, squash, herbs, flowers, melons. In my 2 runs so far, with next generation SPROUT, I’ve seen germination times get even faster and more consistent. Basically it’s very simple, put down a pad, throw seeds on , moisten the pad, put another pad on top, moisten that, put in the lid , plug it in . With the new design it is able to handle bigger seeds , currently I have some jackfruit seeds in there. Only thing you need to monitor is moisture level, and progress of seeds. Also has the ability to put another tray on top for another germination area or daisy chain if you have more than one device. Definitely can see the thought behind the next generational improvements, and customer service is top notch, to help you be successful. Just check out on the site the list of all varieties that have benefited from their devices.

I purchased my aurora+ in beginning of March this year, first run was 12 varieties of hot peppers. Immediately saw results in under 48 hrs with tails emerging, I was amazed how germination time was increased 2x - 3x
what it usually expected. Other than making sure you keep the pads and seeds moist, the device is pretty much hands off, it just does it’s thing and very well. After first couple runs, I was so impressed, I purchased a second one, preparing for upcoming season where I live in Washington D C area.
So far I've germinated in the aurora + peppers ( hot and sweet), squash, cucumber, cantaloupe, watermelon, broccoli, bok choy, beets, turnips, and more. I haven’t found any seeds that this hasn’t done a great job with. For me it’s a quick, clean, and easy way to simplify the process and obviously speed it up, while doing multiple varieties all at one time in the same place.
I’m excited to try more and more types of seeds and see how much faster they will germinate than listed on seed package. Customer service along with tips from ROOT NERDS is just as great as their product. I have some amazing pictures from results of the aurora + , when I might have not checked on it as soon as I should have.

This device is amazing. It’s heavy-duty, durable, and most importantly, it’s effective! So far I’ve had great success germinating c* seeds, lemon seeds and apple seeds! Is it an expensive item? Sure, but so are your seeds, so if you’re not the greatest at getting high germination rates with your seeds, it’s an investment because this will take the guess work out of it and will give you the best odds of popping those expensive seeds you have and will pay for itself over time.

Tip: Make sure your power light is blinking - the first time you plug it in, it will be steady green; this is the lower temperature setting. Unplug and plug in again and the light will blink green. Now you’re at the higher temp setting (82.5 degrees I believe) optimal for most types of seeds.
